Tulsa Live Music Stream Episode 139 Transcript From Host Gabe
Here check if this is not getting up fee look a little bit there yeah so see you there we go. So I'm actually talking it should be a little bit into the yellow just barely you know I, highest point that should be there because that's kinda how I adjust his instruments. So if you want me to be the same volume level as what he's going to be at, which helps with mastering later on then that will that's kind how you want that said last thing is that if you hear any type of buzz any type of overpowering any like that you reach appear and immediately turn the monitors down as fast as you can and that'll help that'll stop that from emanating in doing nasty things all right. That should all be set ready to go new countdown. I think I'll should be pretty close to in the right way I might just do this easier will there. Good evening everyone and welcome back to the Tulsa live stream thank you guys so much for tuning in once again this evening. As you can see here we have Doug Russell to be performing first on tonight's program tonight's program. We have a full list of returning musicians our just super excited to have them all here with us once again this evening. If you guys have not been watching on the Tulsa live stream program. I encourage you to go to the main website and watch there primarily because that is where you can interact with the musicians while you're out here performing we have buttons like the thumbs and heart interaction things that you can see the musicians actually can see those while there out here performing it's very invigorating for them to see that kind of interaction while there out here and so you can do that throughout the whole performance. Also there is some donation opportunities that you guys can donate to the musicians themselves just simply put their name or musician number which will be displayed right over there where the Tulsa live stream logo is up there at the top of the screen and again this is all about promotion of music in the Tulsa community and and so without your Gaza support without your help sharing this post with and at the rest of the program, especially when it once it gets produced Abex that's really where everything starts to get that snowball Roland so if you don't mind. Feel free to share the program to all your friends because that's this about spec community. So again, thank you, Doug, Russell, welcome back to the show all right. Thank you Derek Archuleta was blessed to have you here. I was just talking to my buddy over there at the end of the stage and I was saying a lot of guitarists require a drummer to keep time and you not I'm not a drummer by any means, but it really seemed as though your cadence was Throughout most of all of the song, such perform this evening and I just just thinking that's really impressive to have a guitarist that doesn't need a drummer you know I know some bands like rely almost solely on the drummer to keep time and not that that's a bad thing, but if you are able to keep time yourself then it doesn't put so much pressure on the drummer sets a really unique trait that you will be able to carry on any band that you performance Shonda remark on that. Anyway, we are going to take another quick break. We have bubble blues and David Donnell a.k.a. Tulsa Dave to perform for the rest the evening so we writeback thing guess watching
